Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for products purchased directly from our shop within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@europadonna.com.cy within the 7-day period. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Return Process
After contacting customer support and receiving authorisation for the return, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Refund Method
No cash refund offered, exchange only policy. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
